IRREMEDIABLE is a short 2D point & click narrative game about rejection, identity, and the silence that separates us.

After coming out as queer, a young man imagines what would happen if his father truly tried to understand him. In a surreal journey through his father's mind, the player meets three characters — a co-worker, a grandmother, and a childhood friend — each representing a root of internalized intolerance.

As the player makes dialogue choices, doors open — or close — shaping the emotional path forward. But the final revelation may not be what it seems.

Inspired by A Christmas Carol, this game explores how silence can be more damaging than hate, and how unspoken fears are passed down through generations.
